How RevLead works

A repeatable Reddit lead workflow, without living in the search bar.

RevLead narrows thousands of posts into timely conversations that match your market, your offer, and a recognizable buying signal.

01

Set your lead filters

Choose target subreddits, keywords, and the outcome you want from a helpful reply. The free plan supports a small focused list, while paid plans expand your coverage.

02

Run an intent scan

Pick a signal such as alternative seeking, pricing frustration, churn, requests for proposals, competitor research, or build versus buy.

03

Work the strongest leads

Review ranked results, inspect the original Reddit thread, save useful opportunities, and optionally generate reply drafts for the posts you select.

Start with a narrow definition of your market

Strong Reddit lead generation begins with relevance. A broad keyword can match product announcements, casual opinions, student questions, or posts from people who will never buy. RevLead lets you combine target communities with the language your ideal customer uses when a problem becomes urgent.

For example, an invoicing product might monitor communities for small businesses and consultants, then pair those communities with phrases about late payments, recurring billing, reconciliation, or replacing a current tool.

Good setup principle: begin with two or three communities that closely match your ideal customer. Expand only after the first filter produces relevant conversations.

Search by intent, not only by keyword

Keywords describe a topic. Buying signals describe what someone is trying to do. RevLead provides intent patterns for common commercial moments:

  • Alternative seeking: someone asks what they should use instead of a current tool or process.
  • Pricing frustration: a user is reconsidering a product after a price increase or an expensive renewal.
  • Churn: a customer plans to leave a competitor and needs a replacement.
  • Build versus buy: a team is deciding whether software is worth purchasing instead of building internally.
  • Request for proposal: a buyer describes requirements and asks for providers or recommendations.
  • Competitor research: someone compares tools, vendors, or approaches before deciding.

Rank the queue before spending your time

RevLead applies deterministic filters, optional AI classification, author checks, freshness, and configurable scoring. Results that survive are ordered so you can start with the strongest match rather than reading every mention.

Every result links back to its source. You should read the full thread, check the subreddit rules, and confirm the person is genuinely asking for help before responding.

Draft replies, but keep a person in control

Reply drafting is optional. Select the leads that deserve a response, choose a reply goal, and use the generated draft as a starting point. Edit it so it reflects your experience and answers the actual question.

RevLead does not auto-comment, auto-message, or rotate Reddit accounts. Those omissions are deliberate. Useful participation builds trust. High-volume automated promotion usually destroys it.

Plan controls keep usage predictable

Monthly limits apply to scans, tracked communities, signal types, reply goals, and drafted replies. New accounts begin with five free scans. Starter supports a regular solo-founder workflow, and Growth expands coverage for teams or agencies.
