Information we collect

Account information. When you sign in with Google, RevLead receives the account identifier, verified email address, display name, profile image, and authentication-provider details required to secure your workspace.

Workspace information. We process the subreddits, keywords, reply goals, configuration, saved leads, scan history, and draft content you choose to store.

Subscription information. We store plan status, product and subscription identifiers, billing-event status, usage counts, and billing-period dates. Payment-card details are handled by Dodo Payments and are not stored by RevLead.

Operational information. The service records limited server logs such as request time, route, response status, request identifier, and authenticated user identifier. These logs support security, rate limiting, and troubleshooting. RevLead does not add third-party advertising trackers or product analytics.

How information is used

Authenticate users and keep workspaces separate.
Run requested Reddit scans, score results, and prepare selected reply drafts.
Store preferences, history, usage allowances, and subscription state.
Prevent abuse, enforce rate limits, investigate errors, and protect the service.
Process subscriptions, refunds, disputes, cancellations, and plan changes.

Service providers and public sources

RevLead relies on Google Firebase for authentication and application data, Dodo Payments for checkout and subscription management, hosting and caching providers for operation, and the configured language-model provider when reply drafting is enabled. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Lead results are derived from publicly available Reddit content. Reddit usernames, post text, links, and public engagement details may appear in your private workspace. RevLead is not affiliated with or endorsed by Reddit.

Data retention

Account and workspace information is retained while the account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Billing records and verified webhook receipts may be retained longer when required for accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute handling.

Your choices

You may stop using RevLead at any time. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing support@revlead.me. Some records may be retained when required by law or needed for legitimate security and billing purposes.

Your browser stores a small local preference for the selected light or dark theme. You can remove it through your browser's site-data controls.

Security and changes

RevLead uses authentication, access controls, encrypted HTTPS connections, signed billing webhooks, input validation, and rate limiting. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
